Because the metal is etched by dissolving it in an acid bath, it is physically impossible for the printed information to be erased.
Why Do We Offer a 30-Year Guarantee?
We use 316L grade stainless steel plates in our products. After a special chemical masking stage, these plates are placed in an acid bath. The acid deeply etches the unmasked areas. The etched areas are then colored through an oven-baking process. Even if the surface paint wears away over time, the text and shapes engraved into the metal remain visible forever. That is why we guarantee 30 years of legibility on our acid-etched labels.
