Fast Metal Label Cutting With CNC and Fiber Laser

Beyond standard rectangular labels, many projects require a custom shape, curve or complex geometric cut. The CNC and fiber laser cutting technology we use for such requests offers both speed and millimeter precision.
The Difference Between CNC Cutting and Fiber Laser Cutting
CNC cutting systems process the material with a physical cutting tip along a pre-programmed path, while fiber laser cutting cuts metal by melting or vaporizing it with a high-intensity laser beam. Fiber laser, in particular, offers a much cleaner edge quality and higher speed on thin to medium-thickness stainless steel and aluminum sheets.
Why Is Custom Cutting Necessary?
- Corporate Logo Shape: If your brand's logo isn't rectangular, the label's outer outline also needs to be cut to match the logo shape.
- Curved Surfaces: Labels to be mounted on pipes, cylinders or spherical surfaces may need a custom curve or hole position before mounting.
- Rounded Corners: An r=2mm or r=5mm corner radius can be applied to reduce injury risk and give a more elegant look.
- Multiple Holes and Slots: Multiple holes of different diameters for complex mounting points can be drilled in a single operation.
Which Materials and Thicknesses Can Be Processed?
Our systems work flawlessly on stainless steel, aluminum and brass sheets between 0.5 mm and 3.0 mm. Cutting speed changes as thickness increases, but edge quality is never compromised.
Sample and Prototype Production
Thanks to the digital control of CNC and fiber laser systems, even a single custom prototype can be produced with the same precision as series production. This offers a fast sampling opportunity for companies in the new product development process.
What Happens if You Don't Have a Technical Drawing?
It's not a problem even if you don't have a vector drawing. You can send us a photo of your logo or a hand-drawn sketch. Our graphic team converts it into a production-ready digital file.
We submit the converted file for your approval. Cutting begins only after approval, guaranteeing an error-free production from the start.
If you have a project requiring a custom shape or complex cutting, send us your technical drawing through our contact page to get a feasibility assessment.
