• Emergency Instruction Labels: Informational labels explaining the steps to follow in the event of a malfunction or power outage.
• Maintenance Record Plate: A tracking plate on which periodic maintenance dates are recorded.

For aesthetics, elevator cabin interior walls are usually clad in brushed (satin) stainless steel sheet. These panels offer both an elegant look and, under heavy use, are more resistant to fingerprints and scratches than standard painted surfaces. Capacity and nameplate labels can also be manufactured within the same stainless family for visual consistency.

Why Should Acid Etching Be Preferred?

An elevator cabin is touched hundreds of times a day. Standard printed labels can fade quickly under this intense use. Capacity and nameplate plates produced with acid etching remain legible for years even under this level of contact, since the information is engraved into the metal.
