Once manufactured, metal labels need a shipping process handled with at least as much care as the manufacturing itself. Especially for glossy chrome or delicate anodized-surface labels, being scratched during shipping can waste months of manufacturing effort. That's why every order leaving our Balıkesir facility goes through a standard packaging protocol.

Our Packaging Process, Step by Step

• Protective Film/Gelatin Coating: The front face of every label is covered with a scratch-proof transparent protective film. This film is designed to peel off easily during installation.
• Foam or Bubble Wrap Interlayer: Impact-absorbing foam or bubble wrap is placed between labels to protect against friction and impact during shipping.
• Rigid Cardboard or Wooden Boxing: Heavy or large-size orders are packed in rigid boxes that won't deform during transport.
• Moisture-Absorbing Packets: Silica gel packets are added on long-distance shipments to reduce the risk of moisture-related staining.

Delivery to All 81 Provinces of Turkey

We ship regularly to every province in Turkey from our production facility in Balıkesir through our contracted courier partners. Standard orders are manufactured and handed over to shipping within 3-5 business days after graphic approval; they typically reach major cities like Istanbul, Ankara and Izmir within 1-2 business days.

Special Packaging for Bulk and Corporate Orders

For high-volume corporate orders, products can be shipped in separately labeled boxes based on category or installation point; this makes the receiving company's mounting process easier. On request, we can also include a content list and mounting instructions in each box.

What to Do in Case of Damage

In the rare event of damage during shipping, if a report is made at the time of delivery and reported to us, the product is unconditionally remanufactured and reshipped.

How Do You Track a Shipment?

Once your order is handed over to the courier, you receive a tracking number. With this number, you can check the shipment's status yourself in real time. If any delay occurs, we'll notify you as well.
