Acid Etching Engraves the Information Into the Metal

In the acid etching method, text and symbols are formed by physically etching the metal surface with a chemical solution. The resulting recesses are then filled with epoxy paint. Even if the surface paint wears away over time, the depth engraved into the metal remains permanently in place, and the information stays legible.
